Our approach

Design should look distinctive and still work operationally.

Exhibition environments have to do several jobs at once: attract attention, explain an offer, support conversations, display products and fit within a defined footprint and event schedule.

Our process is structured around that reality. The project starts with the brief, moves through layout and 3D visualization, then into fabrication and on-site execution according to the agreed scope.

What we consider

Four practical design questions.

01

Will visitors understand it?

Visual hierarchy, signage and product placement should make the main message easy to grasp while moving through the stand.

02

Does the layout support conversations?

Meeting areas, reception points and circulation need to work together instead of competing for the same space.

03

Can it be produced?

Materials, graphics, dimensions and structural decisions need to be translated into buildable specifications.

04

What happens on site?

Installation access, venue rules, delivery windows and dismantling should be considered before the event begins.

In short: RSV Exhibit Craft India is positioned as an exhibition stand design and build partner, with services spanning concept design, 3D visualization, fabrication and installation for projects in Delhi NCR and across India.

About RSV Exhibit Craft India

Exhibition design is a combination of brand thinking, spatial planning and execution.

RSV Exhibit Craft India presents exhibition stand design and build services for brands preparing for trade shows, business exhibitions and other physical brand experiences. The service scope can cover concept design, 3D visualisation, fabrication, graphics, installation and dismantling, depending on the project.

The purpose of this website is to make that workflow easier to understand. Instead of treating a stand as a single design image, we look at the complete journey: what a visitor sees from the aisle, how they enter, where the team meets prospects, how products are presented and how the stand is delivered on site.

Because every event comes with different booth dimensions, rules and deadlines, exhibition planning works best when the design is developed around the real brief rather than around a generic template.

Our working principles

Four things we keep connected.

These principles shape the design and build conversation from the first briefing through to the show floor.

01 · BRAND

Brand clarity

Your stand is part of your wider brand system. Logo visibility, typography, messaging, materials and colour use should feel intentional and recognisable.

02 · SPACE

Visitor flow

Openings, counters, product displays, seating and meeting zones should support movement rather than create unnecessary bottlenecks.

03 · BUILD

Production thinking

Good visuals need practical detailing. Materials, graphics, lighting, furniture and installation requirements should be considered before the build stage.

04 · EVENT

Schedule awareness

Exhibitions run to fixed dates. Design approvals, production, transport, site access and installation need to fit the event calendar.

A collaborative process

From first conversation to a buildable visual direction.

The project starts with questions, not assumptions.

We can work from a booth plan, an exhibition hall allocation, a previous stand, a brand guide, a mood board, product photographs or a simple verbal brief. The more useful the inputs, the more specific the concept can become.

Typical conversations cover booth size, open sides, event name and city, audience, products, required furniture, meeting requirements, storage, AV, branding, lighting and the intended feel of the environment.

How the services fit together

One project can use one service—or a connected scope.

Some exhibitors already have a design and need fabrication. Others need a full concept from scratch. Some need a modular display that can adapt to different events. The useful part of a connected workflow is that each stage is understood in relation to the next.

Frequently asked questions

About the company and process.

What does RSV Exhibit Craft India provide?

The site presents exhibition stand design, 3D visualisation, fabrication, installation, modular display and custom booth services.

Can a project start with only a booth plan?

Yes. A booth plan is a useful starting point. Other helpful inputs include event information, brand assets, product details, desired furniture and meeting requirements.

Can you work from an existing design?

A project can be scoped around an existing concept when fabrication or installation is the primary requirement, subject to the details of the venue and approved design.

Where are services offered?

The business presents Delhi NCR as its base/service area and communicates exhibition project coordination across India.

What a good brief looks like

The quality of the first brief influences the quality of the first concept.

A strong brief does not need to be long. It needs to be specific about the things that materially change the stand: booth dimensions, open sides, products, audience, meeting needs, storage, branding, event schedule and any venue restrictions already known.

Reference images are useful too, especially when the visual language matters. They can show whether you prefer a light and open environment, a premium hospitality feel, a bold technology aesthetic, a retail-style display or a more minimal corporate direction.

The goal is not to copy the reference. It is to understand the design intent behind it and translate that intent into a booth that fits your own brand and footprint.
